This website is operated by Best Western Hotel Duqm. It presents the hotel and its facilities. Room reservations are completed on the official Best Western website, which is operated separately and has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us through the contact form on this site: your name, email address, an optional telephone number, the subject you select, and your message. If analytics is enabled we also collect anonymised usage statistics, with your IP address truncated before storage.
How we use it
We use your message to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange your stay. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Booking on Best Western
When you select Book Now you leave this site for bestwestern.com. Anything you enter there — including payment details — is handled by Best Western under their own policy, not ours.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained only as long as needed to answer them and to keep a reasonable record of guest correspondence.
